In short: bloxly is a free platform for sharing Minecraft builds. Be respectful, share only content you own, and don't do anything illegal. We can remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using bloxly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

bloxly is a community platform for creating and sharing Minecraft builds. Users can:

  • Upload and share Minecraft builds with images, schematics, and descriptions
  • Browse and discover builds created by other users
  • Like and comment on builds
  • Optionally support the platform through voluntary payments

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account through our authentication providers. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may not sell, transfer, or share your account with others.

User-Generated Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to bloxly (builds, images, schematics, descriptions, comments). By uploading content, you grant bloxly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to share the content
  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Your content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

4.3 Content Moderation

We do not pre-screen user content before publication. Users can report inappropriate content by using the report function or reporting it in the community Discord server. We review reported content and will remove any content that violates our guidelines.

Community Guidelines

When using bloxly, you agree to:

•Be respectful: No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or personal attacks
•Share original content: Only upload builds you created or have permission to share
•Keep it appropriate: No explicit, offensive, violent, or inappropriate content
•No spam: Do not spam comments, likes, or uploads
•Be honest: Provide accurate descriptions and do not mislead other users
•Be constructive: Keep comments helpful and respectful

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Upload copyrighted content without permission
  • Upload malicious files or harmful schematics
  • Use bots or automated tools to manipulate likes, comments, or uploads
  • Impersonate other users or creators
  • Sell or transfer your account
  • Share premium account benefits with others
  • Attempt to damage, reveal, or alter any user's data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Payments and Subscriptions

bloxly is free to use. We offer optional paid features (cosmetics, increased upload limits, ...) to support the platform. These are available as one-time payments or monthly subscriptions.

  • All payments are voluntary and not required to use the core Service
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property

The bloxly name, logo, and Service design are owned by Prynos. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. bloxly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prynos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
